Changes to Non-executive Directors´ functions
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised of the following changes to Directors´ responsibilities relating to the HR, Remuneration and
Nominations Committee ("the Committee"), with effect from 28 August 2018:
a)  Ms Nompumelelo "Mpumi" Madisa has been appointed as a member of the Committee;
b)  Mr Mpho Makwana will step down as the Chairman of the Committee and continue to serve as its
    member; and
c)  Ms Lulama Boyce has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Committee.
The Chairman of the Board will continue to chair the Committee when constituted as the Nominations
Committee.
Chairman, Mr Clifford Raphiri commented: "These changes were informed by our quest to advance our Gender
and Race Diversity aspirations at Board level, as well as maintaining diversity in the overall leadership of Board
Committees. I wish to express my sincere appreciation to both Lulama and Mpumi for agreeing to take these roles. I
wish them well in their new roles. I also take this opportunity to thank Mpho for his professionalism in leading this
Committee."
