Required Learning:
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a production environmentTrade Tested Artisan
N6 Mechanical Qualification Required
Key Outputs :
To co-ordinate and look after the plant and machinery upkeep and Mechanical Maintenance activities to ensure continuous running of manufacturing equipment and utilities equipmentEnsure Mechanical Breakdowns are resolved promptly
Ensure P.P.M are completed as per Yearly Planner
Ensure safety is adhered to at all times
Building Maintenance
Spares Availability
New Equipment Installations as per Safety Regulations
Maintenance all Equipment in Packaging and Manufacturing
Practice preventative maintenance
Complete job cards and schedules at all times
Maximise performance on all equipment
To insure that machinery used in the unit is well maintained used correctly and free of safety Hazards
Supervision of Maintenance Technicians and Apprentices
