Required Learning:

  • Tertiary Qualification preferably Pharmacist/Chemist/Microbiologist
  • Computer literacy:  MS Office / Excel
  • 4-5 Years working experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • 3-4 years Auditing experience in the Pharmaceutical industry (Certification upon request)
  • Knowledge of electronic QMS system

Key Outputs :

  • Ensures that cGMP, as per SAPHRA Regulations, are applied in all areas;
  • Continually improves the effectiveness of the AICC Quality Management System;
  • Monitors and measures the effectiveness of the AICC Quality Management System;
  • Ensures that documents required by the Quality Management System are controlled;
  • Ensures that documents are maintained to provide evidence of conformity to requirements and of the effective operation of the Quality Management System;
  • Updates, reviews and approves changes to documents based on the AICC Document Management System/Regulatory requirements/Risks associated with the change;
  • Ensures conformity of AICC Quality Management System;
  • Ensures that internal audits are conducted at planned intervals;
  • Ensures closures of internal audits;
  • Ensures that the all audits are prepared, planned, co-ordinated and executed;
  • Ensures closures of external audits;
  • Ensures that the necessary Corrective Action is taken to eliminate the cause of non-conformities in order to prevent recurrence;
  • Facilities Problem Solving Sessions;
  • Ensures that potential non-conformities are eliminated to prevent their occurrence;
  • Tracking and review of all audit findings and CAPA’s raised.
  • Weekly reports to be generated to provide status on Audits, CAPA's etc
